CASE EXAMPLE
LASSO is a highly successful CRM software option for home builders who desire to stay in contact with potential buyers. Within LASSO is a mass email module which allows the user to create custom templates which are saved and can then be used to create an email blast to chosen recipients. The database of potential buyers has sort filters allowing custom mailing lists to be created. This particular mass email software has scalable billing each month with preset total email blast recipient quantities for a budgeted price.
However, the difficulty raised in using a particular CRM software is that if it is widely used by many customers, there is a risk of that company’s IP addresses being flagged by Google or other email providers as a SPAM address. There are ways to prevent that from happening but the expense of acquiring new IPs to avoid this status can be costly and inefficient.
This client had us sending 100,000 outbound emails per month for them and the various open rates, unsubscribes, clicks, etc. were affected because the CRM software’s IPs had been flagged and it affected the open rates.
There are specific ways to create subject lines, key words to avoid, certain content not to include in the body of the email and a list of other criteria to follow in order to increase open rates. Our digital marketing services are more than just a series of button pushes in a piece of software, but involve a great deal of creative content to ensure a successful ROI.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO)

SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING (SEM)
Instead of organic search results as a result of bots that search your online site, SEM is a paid alternative that may result in your site showing up within the first few search result pages. Day 6 Agency works with clients to develop relevant ad types to use within the Google Ad Network as well as the Google search result pages as a sponsored ad.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING (SMM)
While social media may have a strong promise of helping B2C type sales models, there has been substantial growth in the B2B marketplace using social media as a promotional platform. With access to many types of customer data that can be attained through social platforms, the ability to target specific potential customers is critical if a client wants to have a more sniper approach to marketing their product or service. Day 6 Agency understands how to do this with social media platforms.

RE-TARGETING ADS
CASE EXAMPLE
Many digital ads have a call-to-action to fill out a form for more information or to be contacted. These forms typically reside on a domain owned by the advertiser. These forms exist on “landing pages” which are monitored for visits, form fills, and usually place a cookie on the user’s web viewing browser. The data provided in the form submission is used to engage with a potential customer, but also to identify trends of how the digital ad is working or not working.
Social Media platforms have a similar means to provide analytics based on ad responses so the advertiser can better understand what potential customers like or want regarding your offered product or service. More importantly, the data collected from some ads on various social platforms can be integrated with other ad platform data that was gathered so a marketer can truly see a broader picture of how their message is reaching the consumer.
For example, Facebook has an ad type that allows a form to be filled out directly on the Facebook page or mobile app without a user needing to leave Facebook to request more information. This user experience can increase the potential of a potential customer staying interested in a brand product or service because the ease of accessing information is simple. Sometimes the hardest part of marketing is keeping an audience captive long enough to collect a way to follow up. Social media is a highly common platform to reach a wider potential targeted audience because an ad can be tailored to match the intended demographic without the need to reveal personal data about an individual but more about the interests and behavior of a group of users that match the advertisers goal audience for their message.
Knowing how to build a successful social media ad campaign that returns a strong response rate is what Day 6 Agency can do for a client.
MOBILE MARKETING
Mobile Marketing is the intentional targeting of mobile devices to display your promotion or product message. Using Text (SMS) or mobile app advertising is a more relevant platform than ever before.

SMS (TEXT) MARKETING
-
SHORT CODE / KEYWORDS
CASE EXAMPLE
One of the most effective methods to reach customers and still a growing segment is texting (SMS / MMS). Many consumers prefer email but with the proliferation of spam filters and abuse of some companies intentionally buying mailing lists, email has become more difficult to prospect or communicate with potential or existing buyers. Many consumers find their day involving texts as a primary platform for communication with coworkers, friends and family, as well as customers at times.
Using an automated platform much like an email client to organize a large volume of contacts through texting is a way to maximize mobile marketing. Companies like eztexting.com specialize in software to help automate and organize a mobile marketing strategy.
Day 6 Agency develops custom SMS code for clients to use as part of their customer service or sales process.
ANALYTICS / TRACKING
The main advantage of digital marketing is the reality of the rich data available to better understand consumer behavior and tendencies. Through analytics it is possible to improve ROI on marketing spending as well as convert more sales. We work with your sales team to introduce data nuggets that will help your bottom line.

-
COMPARING TO OVERALL MARKET / COMPETITOR DATA
CASE EXAMPLE
Google Analytics is a valuable mine of data where advertisers can receive performance data about their ad at a granular level. This performance data is provided as stand-alone or in comparison to other data sets which can illuminate the differences in how an ad is performing versus norms.
KPI (Key Performance Indicators or Indexes) are helpful to review when trying to determine the success of a digital ad. It may involve things like how often an ad is viewed, clicked, and whether it resulted in the desired outcome of a sale or gathering of potential buyer information, etc. Things like length of view (video ads) can be an indicator for the quality of the creative element of an ad. Sometimes an ad can generate a lead but the lead may not be an accurate demographic… or sometimes called a false-positive lead. These can eat up an ad budget and if not analyzed, may turn a campaign into a negative experience for an advertiser.
Day 6 Agency has experience in reviewing KPI’s and make adjustments to ads or any aspect of a campaign to ensure the investment made has the best potential for success.
