Known for nearly 50 years as a fabric sample card manufacturer, this company had a niche’ product called Bloomin Aprons which was a high end designer apron for chefs desiring to wear a durable but stylish apron in the kitchen. This was not a core business offering and would have to be treated as a separate brand and division of the company.
This new division needed a specific marketing plan assembled to identify the competition, potential distribution channels, how to best promote the brand itself, etc. The client hired us to create a comprehensive document on how to enter the consumer market commensurate to their budget capability.
